Recently I started seeing Sitecore implementations that did not use workflows, and even though they were solid websites initially, they turned into unstable environments with messy content. in this video I talk about the importance of using Sitecore workflows; we cover the basic workflow structure, the use of Workbox and workflow setup. Finally, I touch on one of the coolest new features – content testing.

    @disqus_H8dcUfmDpg:disqus , agreed. You can do some very powerful things with them, but the problem is that developers have to build them. What comes out of the box is very limited.

    Too bad Sitecore workflow functionality is way too basic to be useful in more complex scenarios. A thing Sitecore should really address.
